Water Towers

Custom Designed 5-Story Lookout Tower
This was a Custom Design Tower Package.  The top cabin simulates typical fire lookout cabins.  In addition it has a 3' deck on 3 sides and 9' deck on one side.  There is a lower level with a bedroom and bathroom.   The top level has a kitchen, living space and a loft inside the cupola.  There is an internal stair tower to get you up the first 2 levels and then exterior winding stairs around the tower to get you the rest of the way to the top.  It was designed as a Type IV Heavy Timber Building so it is 1 hr. fire rated.  This design cost a pretty penny to design.  You can purchase the plans for about 25% of the original cost.
