NOTE #1:  The above costs are based on using our standard design packages as is and are subject to change at any time for any reason..  Additions, modifications or other special requirements are billed for hourly, in addition to the original base price.  The standard designs include 85 mph wind loads, seismic design for California, snow loads of 20 psf max. a 2000 gal. tank max. and no frost footing requirements.

NOTE #2:  These prices are for non-residential use.  If you intend to occupy these towers as a residential use, there are different requirements that need to be addressed which change many things in the tower design.  Towers for residential use will be priced on an hourly basis individually.  Please See Building Code & Geologic Notes.

NOTE #3:  The prices above are for a basic tower.  Noted below are additional costs for various features you can add to the tower.  Because of space limitations, stairs are often very difficult to integrate into the tower and the design of the stairs may cost more than the tower design as they are custom designed for each application.  Exterior stairs are much easier.

NOTE #4:  Rates above are for standards plans.  Custom designs, adjustments for tanks larger than 2000 gal., snow loads greater than 20 psf, wind loads greater than 85 mph, special stairs and other custom or special features are in addition to the above rates and will be charged for at a rate of $150/hr.

Above costs do not include cost for printing and shipping.  Printing will be in addition at a cost of $2/sheet plus 7 1/4% sales tax (sales tax in California only).  Shipping will be between $5-$10 depending on the number of prints and where shipped.

Payments are made in advance by check.  Payments can be made via PayPal with an additional 3% charge.
