This is an old historic tower at the very west end of Main St.  As you can see it needed bracing to keep it from being another leaning tower of Pisa.  It is a 3 story straight leg enclosed tower.  There was probably storage in the lower levels and a tank at the upper level.  This tower has since been rebuilt.
