This is a fairly prominent tower on Main St.  It serves a the entry to the restaurant on the 2nd floor of the adjacent building.  It also has a tank on the 3rd level and an internal stair leading to the top platform.  This is a rebuild of a similar tower that was once in this location.  It was built in the late 70's.
