This is the back side of a nice historic tower. This is in the back of a main house on Little Lake Rd. and Kasten St. It has recently undergone some renovation and still looks very much like the original. It is a 3 story enclosed tower but I don't believe it holds water. Hard to see in the photo but a horizontal band under the windows at the 2nd level is a transition between horizontal siding below and wood shingles ablove. There is also a nice trim band around the underside of the top platform.
