This is a replica. There is nothing historic about this tower, in fact it is not even a tower. This was a new building that had this built on the back to make it look like a tower. It serves as a residence upstairs and a gallery downstairs. It can be found on Calpella St. just off Lansing St. in the town of Mendocino, CA.
