This is a replica tower. It represents a rebuild of an historic tower. It was done in the late 70's Note the side balcony and star to the platform. This is much like the oines I use in my standard designs. The windmill is an actual working one. This units currently serves as an apartment. It can be found on the east end of Mendocino, CA on between Evergreen and School Streets.
