This is a very nicely preserved tower at a small farm in Hayward, CA. It is right next to the north parking lot of Chabot Community College and I believe it is a local historical site. It is a 2 story enclosed tower with a working water tank on the top. It's surrounded by small agricultural areas and landscaping to create a very nice setting.
