This is an open frame 2 story tower.  It is one I did for one of the local B&B Inns.  They are set back from the highway a bit and they wanted a sign that could be seen easily from Hwy. 1 so the phony tank and the tower serve that purpose.  Cost for a contractor to build this tower was around $13000 in the early 90's.  This tower can be see about 1 mile south of the town of Mendocino, CA.
